The carriers to send the goods can be either BARTOLINI, UPS, GLS, Italian Post, DHL, TNT.
For Italy, the goods will be sent within two working days from the address indicated in the order. The delivery time is about 3-5 working days for Italy and about 7 for Europe. Throughout Italy the cost of shipping will be clearly indicated in the order. For foreign countries may be required confirmation of the customer to the shipping quote sent from the shop after order is placed.
As the Legislative Decree 22.5.1999 n. 185 (distance contracts) the goods travel at the risk of the recipient, so Luca Waldner is in no way responsible for any delays, theft or damage caused by the Italian Post, by the carriers or by third parties.
It is important that the customer, on receipt of goods, check that:
- the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the invoice;
- the goods correspond to what is actually shown on the invoice;
- the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered or tampered, even in materials/seals of (special adhesive tape, etc. ..).
Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages, as well as any delays in delivery, must be immediately reported to the courier who delivers, adding the words "subject to removal for loss and/or damage to No. ... packages" on the appropriate document delivery and promptly notified by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within one (1) calendar day. While the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within one (1) calendar day of receipt. Damage not evident from an examination outside of the package, must be reported within one (1) calendar day Luca Waldner by email to email@example.com. Each alert over these terms and/or by different means from the above mentioned is not valid and will not be considered.
For each statement the customer assumes full responsibility. Once signed the Courier's transportation document, the customer may not oppose objection on the external characteristics and the number of packages received.
Below is a summary of LGS On 22/05/1999 n. 185:
"The business relationship of sale are regulated by these conditions of sale as current Italian law. The supplier ships its products to the customer with couriers selected. The goods travel with costs and risks of transport fully charged to the customer. These costs and any other charges related to transport and/or shipment of the products are calculated and detailed in the order confirmation and invoice. Upon receipt of the goods at home, the customer must verify the integrity of packages. In case of discrepancies and/or differences, it will be responsibility of the customer refuse the package, otherwise it loses the right to assert their rights in this regard."
